How do I create an account?

Click “Sign Up” on the homepage, enter your details, and verify your email to get started.

Go to “Profile Settings” to update your information, photos, and preferences.

Navigate to “Account Settings” to hide your profile temporarily or request permanent deletion.

Matching & Messaging

How does the matching system work?

Users can like (‘Yes’) or pass (‘No’) on profiles. A match occurs when both users like each other.

Free users can only message matches. Premium members can send direct messages before matching.

Go to your matches, select the user, and click “Unmatch.”

Premium Membership

What are the benefits of premium membership?
  • Unlimited messaging

  • Undo votes

  • See who liked you

  • Priority customer support

Tap on the settings menu item and select ‘Get Premium’.

Reporting & Blocking

How to Report a User

  1. Go to the user’s profile.

  2. Click the “Report” button.

  3. Select the reason (e.g., harassment, fake profile, inappropriate content).

  4. Submit the report.

Our team will review and take action within 24 – 48 hours.

How to Block a User

  1. Visit the user’s profile.

  2. Click “Block” to prevent further contact.

Blocked users will no longer appear in your matches or messages.
